I know exactly what you mean. A local Zer had an unbelievably clean SMZ, probably the cleanest example in the country. He sold because he could never enjoy it. Drove it with 5 different kinds of bras, would run home from meets at the *chance* of rain. I understood, because his car was a collector's car. It would be a shame to let a car of which only ~100 existed be anything but as clean as it could. Now don't get me wrong, your car is pretty amazing, but... dude, suck it up. No matter how you slice it, it's still "just" a modded 300zx. It can be duplicated, you said yourself your body guy would do 5 more. If something breaks, fix it. There's tons of Supra guys out there making more power than you, equally clean, with more money put into their cars, frequently out racing them and driving them on the streets. No reason your car should be any different. Just enjoy what you have. If all I did was trailer my car to shows, I'd want to sell the thing too. My advice it you is treat it like what it is.
